• We provide a warranty for every product purchased from us, valid for a period of 2 years from the purchase date.

• To ensure the warranty terms are applicable, it's essential to inspect the product upon delivery.
• Should you notice any damage, it's important to document this with the delivery service and refuse to accept the product.
• Modifications to the product, alterations in its form, or tampering with the product's original design will void the warranty.

• At WATCH & WATCH, our commitment extends beyond just providing an exceptional shopping journey; we're also dedicated to ensuring our customers access the most competitive prices for our branded watch collection. If you discover one of our branded watches advertised at a lower price by another retailer, we are ready to match that price, subject to meeting our specified conditions. Our team of experts will review the product's details and get in touch with you within two working days, based on the contact details you provide.
• This Price Match guarantee is designed exclusively for personal purchases. We maintain the right to apply our Price Match Promise to only one item per customer. To qualify for a Price Match, the product must be the same in every aspect (including name, model, colour, and finish), brand new, not previously owned, undamaged, and sold through an officially authorised UK retailer in £GBP.
• Proof of the lower price (for example, a screenshot, catalogue image, or web link) must be furnished for validation. The competing item must be readily available in stock for immediate purchase and delivery within 2-3 days of your transaction. Furthermore, your purchase through us must occur within seven days following the verification process. WATCH & WATCH reserves the absolute right to decline the provision of this service at our discretion, ensuring a fair and equitable application of our Price Match for all customers.
