Warranty Coverage

 

This Warranty explicitly covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship encountered under regular usage during the Warranty Period. WATCH & WATCH commits to repairing or replacing, free of charge, any products or components found defective due to poor materials or craftsmanship, under standard use and care.

 

Resolution Process

 

Should a problem arise, WATCH & WATCH will repair the item at no cost, utilizing either new or refurbished replacement parts to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Duration of Coverage

 

The Warranty extends for 2 years from the purchase date, providing peace of mind for your acquisition from WATCH & WATCH.

 

Exclusions from Coverage

 

The following are not covered by this Warranty:

- Issues not stemming from material or workmanship defects

- Damage from beyond normal residential wear or from using the product in ways it wasn't intended, including rental, contract trade, or commercial applications

- Problems due to improper maintenance or care

- Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or shipping

- Buyer's remorse

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage during transportation

- Items that were used, displayed, or previously owned

 

Warranty Claim Process

 

To initiate a warranty service, contacting WATCH & WATCH is the first step to diagnose the issue and find the most suitable solution.

 

Claim Requirements:

- Defect claims must be submitted within two years from the purchase date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 days of receiving the merchandise.

- Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.

- WATCH & WATCH reserves the right to request that items be sent back to the original warehouse for inspection or to have the inspection conducted by our representative.

- Photographs and a copy of the purchase receipt are required to support claims of defects.

- Valid claims will result in the repair or replacement of the item(s) or part(s), or a credit issuance. Our policy favors part replacement whenever feasible.
